The main objective was to increase customer interactions with Shell Helix, as well as assist the customer in decision making process. The secondary objective was to allow the sales staff to upskill their Shell Helix brand knowledge.

We created a brand media platform, in the form of a customised Shell Helix application, that provided brand information as well as communicated brand promotions that were running in the store at any given time. We implemented this by creating 3 Shell Helix display stands, each incorporating an iPad, for use in 3 stores.
The iPads allowed Shell to have their own media platform in store. We were able to send updated brand information, as well as communicate upcoming Shell Helix promotions.
